Salmon Fishing in Alaska

You have probably heard stories from other fishermen who have had the experience of fishing for salmon in Alaska. Alaska is the home to five species of Pacific Salmon and holds the world record for the King Salmon. Salmon runs are strong along Alaska’s coasts and return in large numbers to thousands of streams as well as the larger rivers.
